  • Lived Experience Navigators (LENs) Rōpū: Established to amplify whānau voices within our networks, fostering connections and recognising lived experience as a vital component of our work.

  • Paediatric Palliative Care: Active collaboration in developing a national model of care for children's palliative care, exemplifying the importance of clinical expertise in shaping healthcare services.

  • Governance Enhancements: Diversification of our Governance Group to include broader representation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to child health services.

  • General Paediatric Network: Plans to establish this network aim to improve consistency in care models across the motu, addressing growing clinic waiting lists and filling gaps left by the disestablishment of regional child health groups.
