We are excited to promote the upcoming Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET) courses in Aotearoa, designed to enhance care standards for children with epilepsy.
Course Details:
- PET1: October 21, 2024 (1-day course) - Open to all doctors and nurses involved in the initial or ongoing care of children experiencing paroxysmal disorders.
- PET2: October 22-23, 2024 (2-day course) - Focuses on general aspects of epilepsy, especially in infants and young children.
Attending PET will help you improve the diagnosis of epileptic and non-epileptic events, enhance the standard of care, and understand when to liaise with a paediatric neurologist.
Participants have reported significant knowledge gains and improved clinical practice, with many making positive changes to their local clinical services as a result.
