Paediatric Diabetes Study Day and NZSSD Annual Scientific Meeting

3-5 May 2017

Dunedin, New Zealand

Advance notice of this year's NZSSD meeting in sunny Dunedin. The NZSSD meeting is 3-5 May, with the satellite study days immediately prior on 2 May.  Registrants can choose to attend only the study day or both the study day and the general meeting.

The Paediatric Diabetes Study day was run for the first time last year and was very well received, so we want to make the day bigger and better this year.

The day is aimed at medical, nursing and allied health professionals  working with children and adolescents with Diabetes and it is the only training day of its type currently running in New Zealand.

We are putting together a great programme  including  Professor  Fergus Cameron from RCH in Melbourne talking on Diabetes and the brain,  Professor Barry Taylor talking on Obesity screening and management, Carmel Smart talking on diabetes and nutrition. There will also be case presentations and discussion with a panel made up of our invited speakers towards the end of the day.

Please forward this to other members of your team who may be interested.
